 Shipping Policy

 

If you place your order before 3:00PM EST or 12:00PM PST Monday thru Friday, we guarantee to ship all UPS Next Day, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select packages on the same business day! We ship over 98% of  orders directly from our warehouse in California. If your order is placed after the cut off time for the day, we will do our very best to rush out the order before it gets shipped but there is no guarantee. Please call our customer service for availability on urgent orders!

 

Most packages will go out on the same day, however, on busy days and holidays, we will give shipping priority to time sensitive packages. Depending on your distance from our warehouse in California, it will take from 1 to 10 business days for your package to arrive.

 


 

Domestic Shipping

 

We use UPS or USPS for all standard shipping. USPS delivers six days a week and does not count holidays. UPS does not count weekends and holidays as shipping days. UPS provides Saturday deliveries for Next Day Air packages for an additional $10 fee. Please let us know if you have urgent orders so we can make sure you get your package on time. We buy insurance on all packages, shipping UPS only, to protect from damages and packages getting lost in transition. Cancellation

 

Please contact us at 1(800) 979-3148 immediately during our regular business hours to speak with a sales representative if you want to cancel your order. Karaokesystem.com is not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed cancellation through email or voice messages. We will try our best to cancel your order prior to shipping. Once the package is shipped, no cancellation can be made.

 


 

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packaging

 

  1. Damaged Package - If you feel your UPS package was damaged through shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all the original packaging materials.  UPS will investigate and pick up the package for insurance claims.
  2. Lost/Delayed Package - If you are unable to track your UPS package through UPS.com, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with UPS.  If you paid for expedited shipping methods through UPS such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air and the package did not arrive on the scheduled date, please contact us.  We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf.


Return Policy


Karaokesystem.com offers a 15-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy that covers most products you buy from us? and we'll pay the return shipping for Defective Items!

Karaokesystem.com will process your return within three weeks from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number.

To return a piece of equipment:

Call 1(800) 979-3148 and request a Return Authorization, Write down whom named is authorize for return merchandise.

* Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.

* Drop off the return at UPS or a UPS affiliated pickup site. UPS will pick up from your home for a $10 fee. Be sure to record whom named are authorize for return merchandise and retain the UPS return shipping receipt with the tracking number.

The Fine Print: We will refund your credit card account within three weeks of receiving your returned product. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of our receipt of the product, and your credit card account will reflect the credit in approximately three to seven days..

"Oversized" merchandise and software (DVDs, CDs, blank media) are not covered by the 15 day return policy.

DVDs, CDs, blank media are returnable only if unopened, incorrect or defective. Software must be returned within 7 days of shipment. All opened Items returns will be charged a 15-percent restocking fee. Defective titles/product will be replaced with the same title/product only. Karaokesystem.com will only pay return shipping for incorrect or defective titles/product. Please include a copy of the packing slip or receit with the reason for return indicated.

If you purchased an "oversized" item from Karaokesystem.com (Karaoke Speaker" and larger, Machine, and certain tower speakers), and you return the product to karaokesystem.com, you must pay the 15% restocking charge for an opened product and the shipping costs for the return.
